We prepare last will and testaments and powers of attorney / living wills on a regular basis. This allows us to set-up a desired and efficient estate plan on the front-end. Once a death occurs, we first assess the deceased estate to determine whether probate is even necessary. Once determined, we then begin the process of transferring the assets outside of probate or through the probate courts.
