Josh has assisted clients with their transactional matters since his very first day of law school. He has always been fascinated by the interplay between the areas of finance and law. Josh brings this fascination to work with him every day. The latest reward is sharing his practice with his wife, Amy (who’s been known to bring a new perspective to a deal a time or two).

With over a decade of experience primarily in the area of commercial real estate, Amy assists with all aspects of the Firm’s real estate and commercial finance practices. Amy graduated from the University of Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing. Upon moving to Nashville, she continued her education and obtained her paralegal certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute.
A native of Kentucky, Amy is an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan, especially Kentucky basketball, and enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with Josh and their two boys, Ethan and Ben. They are proud members of First Baptist Church Hendersonville, where they serve in the Preschool Ministry.
