The Firm maintains a substantial real estate practice. This complements our banking and business law focus. While we can accommodate the occasional residential deal, we focus almost exclusively on commercial real estate. Our real estate focus goes well-beyond the all-too- common closing and title work. We assist our clients from the initial purchase contract – to due diligence and entitlements – to title curative and closing. We also have substantial experience with deals where the other side tries to renegotiate the terms or falls into default. We average between $150 and $200 million in aggregate deal value during any calendar year.
